Could you also check the printer physical margin in the device documentation.
Also for PCL printers the coordinates in the spool are applied to a logical page which is usually not as wide, but just as high as the physical paper page (so right shift) when Postscript use physical coordinates and Prescribe remove 1/2 cm on every edge.
