HI Deepak,
Due to the restriction in size of the UIBB in the Home page workset the name is also getting restricted here. Check the Component configuration HRMSS_HOMEPAGE_OVP where try changing the column and row of the team view application and see to that whether its appearing or not .
The above mentioned option just give a try but anyways there is Open detailed team view option where you can see the full name of all the employees or just change from Grid to List view so that the full name would appear.
