Dear Madhu
In your first post you are converting all the IF DATA_PACKAGE-STOCKCAT EQ 'V' OR DATA_PACKAGE-STOCKTYPE EQ 'V' to blank which means you are making them unrestricted.
You are not deleting any of stock type V.
