Solved by my own:
1. Create a new RFC to QAS System with a dialog user.
2. Manually deleted APB_LAUNCHPAD_V and APB_LPD_VERSIONS tables for the role ESS instance MENU and RELATED_LINKS.
3. Perform the Launchpad -> Read from other system by RFC.
4. Copy both instances.
