In HR there is no concept called House bank, these house banks and all those things are created by FI guys and same can be used in HR module.
In SAP HR we can define wage type posting characteristics and we can assign GL's to respective wage types. In SAP HR there is no option to assign GL's to house bank's.
Can you check with your FI guy's for more information on this.
