Hi Sap Guru's

 

       I am doing Delivery, I have created material and i have posted material  for the "quality inspection stock in  MB1C with mov type 503 getting above error in IDES...

       in MMBE stock showing quality inspection stock as 1000.i have also check in "quality inspection stock in OVZ9" both 02 to A and 02 to B.still i'm getting this error please give me suggestion to resolve this error...

Diagnosis

Shortfall below the specified stock level or quantity amounting to 1,000 EA.

System Response

If the message is an error message (E), the above is not allowed.

If the message is a warning message (W), the system will allow your input, but the warning is intended to prevent you entering a wrong quantity.

Procedure

In the case of a warning message, check the quantity entered.

In the case of an error message, change the quantity or terminate processing.

Note:

The abbreviations in the short text of this message can have the following values:
BA = batch
OR = order
PL = plant
PR = previous period
PU = purchasing document
RE = reservation
SL = storage location
VC = consignment stock from vendor in storage location

SAP MM & RFID Device Integration

Dear All,

 

I have worked on SAP WM with RFID Device Integration(ITS Service/SAP Console).

Now I have come across with scenario where one of the plants don't have WM implemented but they want to use same RFID Devices to that plant as well.


As per my knowledge, RFID Devices integration is possible when we have SAP WM implemented.


So, Could any one suggest how SAP MM will be integrated with RFID Devices.



@Moderator : Please dont block this Discussion. I have search enough on sdn and havnt got any query for this.

GRC 10: BRF+ for HR Trigger and Firefighter Access

We have requirement to configure HR triggers and Firefighter Access Request using Access Request Management in GRC 10.

I would like to check whether the best approach would be to use BRF+ / Functional module ?? I believe we can create BRF+ based on the Request Type to trigger the workflow .. Any inputs highly appreciated

you can set 2 types of logging: table logging and infotype logging. But you have to activate them, there are not active by default. So perhaps you can look into activating them both? But if this is just happening once I wouldn't worry too much about it

Hallo Stefan,

 

I assume that we are talking about SNC Customer Collaboration?

 

Most likely the "stock on hand" keyfigure is missing in the relevant "Projected Stock Profile". Since you can assign different "Projected Stock profiles" to customers it can happen that the stock on hand is not taken into account for certain customers.

BI Administration cockpit initialization from specific date

Good morning,

 

I am working with a SAP BW 7.3 release. I have to initialize the administration cockpits, with the aim of monitoring BeX queries usage.

 

In the past, those statistics were already activated and then stopped. Statistic tables (RSDDSTAT*) are filled with millions of data, but I am not interested to load all those past data. Which steps can be followed for scheduling periodic delta update without load years of old useless data? (if I would launch now delta loads, it could retrieve a couple of years of data). In other flows I do it with a "init without data transfer" step and then a delta, but I don't know if this can be the case.

Hi Manohar,

 

Even material price has 0, you can post goods movement with 0 value. Check the material type for the material, whether quantity & value update check boxes are activated or not in OMS2.

Movement type 107/109 and IDoc MBGMCR

Hi experts,

we want to establish a process where a goods receipt from vendor should be handled with movement types 107/109. This happens in an external warehouse communicating with IDocs. Thus a 107 will cause one or more MBGMCR05. The later 109 should happen whenever a pallet is moved into the wareshouse shelf. All ist done without inbound deliveries, only goods movements are posted.

As long only one MBGMCR for 107 and one for 109 is issued everything works fine. Whenever a deviation happens the systems reponse is error M7 022 like "xx Val. GR Blkd St. exceeded by 250 PC : 10000358 1010 1000" where xx could vary. These messages occur when posting multiple 109 documenting that a pallet is moved into the warehouse or when having two 107 for one PO.

When having multiple 107 in MIGO it is no problem; system offers all 107 postings for selecting. During IDoc processing it takes only the first 107. Thats at least the impression I got.

The most weird situation was that a proper 109 was only possible after closing and elder 107. How should this work when receiving the same material frequently and some GR are in clearing?

 

Did anybody face same situation and got over this hurdle? I would be pleased when I could share his experience.

Role of partner function LS in creation of Idoc

Dear Gurus,

 

Can anybody explain the role of partner function LS to create idoc or do we need to assign this partner function with account group and partner function procedure which will trigger idoc, because even if we maintain this partner function against any output type it is not allowing me to select this in sales order level header output type. Kindly guide me about this.

What do you mean saying " Price % " ? Can you show me this data on screenshot?

 

But independent on this you can create custom search help - so you can select data you need. Just tell me which field you need to analyze in order to select ID number - i'll help you.

Hello Mr. Ravi,

 

I have done my MBA in Finance and have got 1 year work experience. I was in break for 6 years, to take care of my kid having medical problem. Now am interested to work again, am planning to do SAP HANA certification to upgrade my career profile to this present job nature. I am fresher to SAP, even if I do either SAP FI or SAP HANA both are new to me. Would you please suggest , which one is right for me?.

Hi,

 

You can control it through absence valuation under payroll section.You will do the following way

 

1.Create a special absence type like accidental.

2. Define counting rule properly.

3. Define absence valuation rule,Like 40 and text as 50% deduction.

4.Assign valuation rule with absence type in Group absences in absence valuation note.

5.Define Counting Class,like 40 as text 50% deduction.

6. Make the linkage in between Valuation rule and Counting class and maintain percentage as 50 in the percentage colom in Absence Valuation:expert view note.

 

Hope so you have got an idea.

In regard to your advice, I will definitely google about "SuccessFactor" But would like you to share more details regarding the same . Moreover if you can advice which institutes provide training on the same, it would be really helpful.

 

My major concern is entering MNC where I can learn and explore Functional perspective of HCM , So Is there any other way through which I can proceed further.

 

Kindly guide me on the same so that I can choose right professional track and learn and grow professional.

thanks for your feedback, glad to read that the situation improved considerably.

 

Unfortunately, there is no effect on the where-used list - and I have to admit that any performance improvements in this area are most certainly a lot more difficult due to the existing framework. However, maybe there is something we can do, do you have any examples where the performance is really bad in your system?

Hi Ravi,

 

I think the problem lies in your hierarchy text nodes in BI.

 

For Example:

In your case

 

TATA Housing Development Company Ltd has NODE NAME as 1000, since its a text node it should be a combination of text and numbers like TATA1000 (just for an example). The same applies to all other text nodes as well.

 

Try to create a test hierarchy in BI and see if it works.

Hi David,

 

for your 3rd question, SupplierPortalTradingPartner_CreateOrChange_Out is not generated because you have not configured PI. This interface cannot be used with PI independent services. Please check note 1523906 as well.

 

You will not be able to use this scenario without PI with a standard solution. A non-standard solution would be possible only with considerable  modifications to the standard SAP system and code, I cannot imagine a viable solution this way.
